Unlike other service shops, we accept all manufacturers, Android or otherwise, including HTC, Kindle Fire, Nook, RCA, Acer, Toshiba, and even generic tablets.
Device troubleshooting is usually complete within 24 hours. For unique issues, we ask for 48 to 72 hours to determine the best possible solution. As always, we quote prices before we begin repairs and diagnosing your device is free. We understand that the cost of repair must be considered given the market price of any device, that's why we provide options first and allow our customers to decide whether to proceed with repairs.

Our computer repair services include virus removal, PC optimization, and hardware replacement. We also repair smart phones, monitors, and tablets; including screen replacement. We can help you with software assistance, data backup, data recovery, remote assistance and training. We've even been known to troubleshoot GPS systems, TV screens, and car stereos from time to time. Our team is familiar with many types of electronics and computer technology. Any repair brought into our shop that takes 15 minutes or less is free of charge (parts not included). If we can't fix it, it's free. If you're not sure what to do next, bring it in and we will take a look for free.

At this point, our customers always have the option to decline our services We understand that sometimes, a repair is too costly given the value of the machine, and we do our best to help our customers to make those distinctions. If ever we discover an unexpected issue that requires a change in cost, we notify our customers to give them the opportunity to decide before charges are incurred.

We, also, offer on-site repair and remote assistance services. We can diagnose your computer remotely, from our office, and often there is no need to request an on-site visit. Most software issues can be handled remotely, saving you both time and money on your computer repair. We find that in some cases, we can even get your machine up and running faster. However, if remote assistance is not an option, we are happy to send a technician to you.
